Each App is designed for a specific client and published under our Google Play Store and Apple App Store accounts. You consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy by accessing or using an App.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies solely to the operation of the Apps. It does not cover any data collection or processing conducted by Microsoft, including any data collected or accessed through your Microsoft account.
App Access and Microsoft Accounts
The Apps are designed for use by individuals authorized by our clients. To access a specific App, you must have a valid account on a designated Microsoft tenant associated with the respective client. Your Microsoft account is used to authenticate your access to the App and to manage permissions related to the data and services you can access within the App.

App Activity Data: We may store activity logs related to your use of the Apps to ensure their optimal functioning and troubleshoot any issues you may encounter. This data is strictly limited to actions taken within the Apps and does not include any personal information from your Microsoft account.

The information we handle is used solely for the following purposes:
Authentication: Your Microsoft account is used to verify your eligibility to access the Apps.
Troubleshooting and Support: App activity data may be used to identify and resolve technical issues or bugs you experience while using the Apps.
Microsoft Data and Privacy
